"I am a twenty plus year customer. Back then, I got nice laminated insurance cards. Your net income went from 4.8 B to 8.4B dollars between 2024 and 2025. The insurance cards you send me now are ultra low quality, easily torn printer paper. This review will include more stars when my bill gets reduced (use those extra billions of dollars) , and again when you send me a proper laminated card. I'm sick of you mega corporations robbing us all blind, while simultaneously decreasing quality."
